Bill Rollins
In 1992, industry pioneer Bill Rollins founded Total Control Software with a clear vision: to streamline operations and improve efficiency for Marine, Golf Cart, Powersports, and RV dealerships across North America. Drawing on his deep understanding of dealership challenges and a passion for innovative technology, Bill developed specialized dealership management systems tailored to the unique needs of the marine and recreational vehicle industries. Under his leadership, Total Control Software quickly gained a reputation for delivering reliable, user-friendly solutions that empowered dealers to take control of their inventory, sales, service, and customer relationships. More than three decades later, Bill’s legacy of innovation and customer focus continues to shape the way we serve our clients today.

Valerie – President & Owner
As President and Owner, Valerie provides overall leadership and vision for Total Control Software. With a strong focus on integrity, innovation, and customer service, she ensures that the company stays true to its mission of empowering dealerships through reliable and effective technology.
Mike – Sales & Customer Relations & Customer Support
Mike is the face of our sales and customer relationship efforts. He works closely with both prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that deliver real value. His approachable style and industry knowledge make him a trusted partner to the dealerships we serve.
Andrea – Vice President & Forms Specialist & Customer Support
Andrea helps lead the company’s operations and specializes in dealership forms management. Her expertise ensures that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Her attention to detail is a key asset in keeping dealership processes running smoothly.
Matt – Pricebooks & Parts Management & Customer Support
Matt manages our pricebooks and parts systems, ensuring our clients always have access to accurate and up-to-date product information. His work helps dealerships maintain efficient inventory control and streamline their parts departments.
Jacqueline – Web, Social Media & Customer Support
Jacqueline oversees our online presence and customer communication. From managing our website and social media to assisting with client support, she helps keep our community informed, engaged, and connected with the resources they need.
Andy – Lead Programmer
As Lead Programmer, Andy is the architect behind our software systems. He develops and maintains the core functionality of our platform, ensuring that it remains powerful, efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the marine and RV industries.
